The Opportunity
This position works in the region Germany, Austria, Switzerland (DACH) in the division Vascular - Abbott Medical GmbH. Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive products for treatment of vascular disease.
Your Tasks:
- AccountablefortheEndovascularBusiness Unit, including Business Planning andaccountablefor profitablegrowth
- Accountable for the coordination and leadership of all activities of own staff as well as the attainment of projected goals
- F ormulation, evaluation and implementation of sales targets and selling strategies in conjunction withthegenerał goalsof the companyand generałcompanypolicy
- Consistent planning and follow-up of specified goals and budget
- C ult i vation and intensification of customer relations with key accounts and opinion leaders
- Coaching and ongoing development of own staff
- Collabrationwith the local Management Team, the EuropeanHeadquarter andother interna! interfaces
- Adherencetocompanypolicyanddirectivesonprocessesand procedures
Your Qualification:
- Diploma in medicaltechnologystudiesor in business administration
- ln-depthknowledge in theEndovascularandPeripheryBusiness Unit
- ln-depthknowledgeoftheGermanmarketandhealthcare system
- Excellentemployee leadership qualitiesaswellasthecapabilitytomotivateandinspire others
- Long-termexperience(at least 5years)insales management
- Markedly focusedonresults and performance
- Excellent communicationsskills
- Strong client focusaswellasstrategie approaches and actions
- Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
- Long-term careerexperience in the cardiovascular industry,preferably in distribution and/or marketing
