YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced Analyst with well-rounded analytics skills, focusing on product, customer, supplier data analysis. This role is set up to drive the data initiatives and projects for BES.
You tasks:
- Perform product, customer, supplier analysis to evaluate accuracy, consistency, completeness of data in BES
- Implementing robust BES data excellence activities and initiatives to streamline the process of harmonization across global regions, EMEA, NA, LATAM, APAC
- Perform Product Portfolio Steering (PPS)change requests review process to identify the necessary changes for the requested products
- Perform in-depth review of mapping of products, customers and suppliers to ensure consistency in various BI tools and systems, e.g. SAP business warehouse, HFM, PowerBI.
- Collaborate with BES Business experts network to understand business requirements to define rules to enforce data governance policies and procedures
- Executing and supporting BES Data Excellence team in ensuring BES data initiatives are prioritized for implementations (such as CRM, ERP and others) to modernize product information and help data transformation.
- Collaborate with master data/BI/IT teams for projects and Mergers and Acquisition activities and integrations according to timeline
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvements to ensure single-point-of truth database for BES
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+years of professional experience in data/commercial related functions (commercial controlling, analytics, and others)
- Proficiency in range of data and analytical skills, including data analysis and report building.
- Hands on experience with analysis with huge datasets in excel and other tools (Business Intelligence, product Catalogue, master data /BI tools and others)
- Experience in the Consulting industry an advantage
- Excellent communication skill (Written and Spoken) in English.
- Other language proficiency an advantage
- Commercial driven with proven experience in delivering business impact
