The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (100%) to join our team of PIONEERS and robot enthusiasts. We develop custom hardware/electronic solutions which ultimately enable our robot to perform its inspection and maintenance tasks repeatedly and reliably. The complexity of our robots requires careful orchestration of multiple disciplines, thus a lively collaboration of experts in the fields of mechanical, software and production engineering is essential for the success of our products. We are passionate about deploying excellent robotics systems and take full responsibility for the quality of our products.
The Impact
As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful execution of our key projects. Your role involves meticulously planning, coordinating, and overseeing every aspect of project delivery, from setting clear objectives to managing resources and timelines effectively. You'll leverage your expertise to navigate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll foster innovation and drive towards excellence, all while keeping a sharp focus on quality and exceeding client expectations.
Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transforms industrial plants in the energy, process, and utility sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach. Our customers are large asset operators and industrial service providers pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our mobile robot ANYmal uses legs for extreme mobility in complex environments, camera- and LIDAR-based sensing for full autonomy and obstacle avoidance, and AI for high-quality and consistent inspection results. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, and all related ANYbotics mechanical hardware.

Your Profile
- Masters Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or similar relevant engineering experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience as Project Manager in complex industrial setup
- A minimum of 2 years as SW Product Owner in a well operating and mature agile framework
- Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and methods both for waterfall and agile
- Strong knowledge of key SW development agile tools and ceremonies
- Experience with development and commercialization of mechatronic hardware systems
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Have worked previously in a Project Management Organization (PMO)
